8.2 Dispute Resolution: Good-faith negotiation. Unresolved → exclusive jurisdiction state/federal courts, Sacramento, CA. You waive jury trial/class action rights (CA CCP §1281.98). CA Residents: 30-day notice(disputes@corerxsolutions.com).
9. Indemnification
You indemnify, defend, hold harmless CoreRx Solutions, affiliates, officers, directors, employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including attorneys' fees) from website/RxWise use, Terms violation, third-party rights infringement (CA Civ. Code §2772-2784).
